2. Personal Data Processed

The Company processes only the limited personal data necessary to deliver the requested service:

  • Contact data: name and phone number shared by phone or via WhatsApp
  • Service request data: address and fault/request details voluntarily provided by the customer
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/device information and visit timestamp; Google Analytics 4 is used for anonymised visit measurement.
  • The website contains no input forms, account registration or other active collection mechanisms

3. Method of Collection

Data is collected (i) directly via phone or WhatsApp contact initiated by the customer and (ii) automatically or semi-automatically via the technical infrastructure, standard server logs and Google Analytics 4 measurement. There is no submit form on the site.

4. Purposes and Legal Basis

Personal data is processed to receive service requests, schedule appointments, deliver the requested services, communicate with the customer, fulfil legal obligations and ensure the security of the site. Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2(c) (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract), 5/2(ç) (legal obligation) and 5/2(f) (legitimate interest); for EU residents, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

5. Disclosure and Transfers

The Company does not sell personal data. Limited disclosures may occur to: - Google Analytics 4 for anonymised technical visit measurement; - Google Maps for the embedded map feature; - Competent public authorities where required by law. No other third-party sharing takes place.

6. Retention

Personal data is retained for the term required by applicable legislation or, at most, 2 years following the end of the service relationship, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11

As a data subject you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed and request information
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
  • To know the third parties to whom data has been transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
  • To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • To request erasure or destruction within the framework of KVKK Art. 7
  • To object to outcomes produced solely by automated processing and to claim compensation for damages

8. Cookies

The site only uses functional and analytics cookies and similar identifiers. No marketing or advertising tracking cookies are used. You may block cookies in your browser settings at any time; some site features may then fail to work correctly.

9. EU / GDPR Notice

For visitors in the European Union, the legal basis for processing is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest). Under GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 1. Service Description and Parties

Altek Climate Systems (the "Company") provides HVAC sales, installation, maintenance, repair, gas refill, removal/relocation and consultancy services in and around Alanya. Any person using this website or requesting services (the "Customer") is deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted per job and communicated to the Customer as an offer. As a rule, payment is collected upon completion of the service in cash or by bank transfer. No online payment is processed through the website. Prices may change based on market, parts and workload; nothing on the site or oral statements is binding unless confirmed in a written quote.

3. Appointments and Cancellation

Appointments are arranged by phone or WhatsApp. If the Customer fails to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or is not present at the address at the scheduled time, a call-out fee covering travel and time may be charged.

4. Warranty

The Company provides up to a 6-month workmanship warranty depending on the type of service. Product warranties are limited to the conditions provided by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover: misuse or use outside intended purpose, unauthorised intervention, electrical surges, flooding, earthquake, fire and other force majeure events, natural wear and tear, damage caused by external factors and defects in parts supplied by the Customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SERVICE IS REQUESTED AT THEIR OWN RISK. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for loss of profit, use, data, business interruption, third-party product defects, manufacturer defects or damages caused by the Customer's improper use. The Company's total aggregate liability shall under no circumstance exceed the fee actually paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, are disclaimed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Use of the Website

The site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Company makes no express or implied warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, availability or uninterrupted operation. Site content is informational only and does not constitute a binding offer. The Company may change content, prices and service scope at any time without prior notice.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The site may contain links to or embed content from third-party services including Google Maps, Google Analytics 4 and WhatsApp. The Company has no control over the content, availability, privacy practices or security of those services and shall not be liable for any damages arising from them.

8. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, power or telecommunications outages, acts of public authorities, supply-chain disruptions or other events beyond its reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, the logo, the brand and the overall arrangement of the site belong to Altek Climate Systems. They may not be reproduced, distributed, used to create derivative works or used commercially without prior written consent of the Company.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Alanya shall have jurisdiction. Customers qualifying as consumers retain the right to apply to the competent Turkish consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts; for EU consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rights in their country of residence remain reserved. This Privacy Policy explains how Altek Klima Sistemleri ("the Company", "we") processes personal data of visitors, customers and prospective customers who reach us through the altekklima.com.tr website ("Site") or via phone/WhatsApp.

1A. Data Minimization

This website operates as a public information presence only. We do not maintain a CRM, marketing list, customer database, lead scoring system, or behavioural profiling. The only personal data processed through the site is:

  • Strictly necessary cookies (session, security, language preference) — without which the site cannot function.
  • Google Analytics with anonymised IP, aggregated reporting only — used for traffic measurement. No advertising features, no remarketing audiences, no cross-device tracking are enabled.
  • Contact channel metadata — if a visitor voluntarily contacts us by e-mail or phone, only the content of that communication is processed for the purpose of responding; no record is stored beyond what is necessary to answer the request and what is required by Turkish accounting/tax law where invoices are issued.
  • No other personal data category is collected, stored, profiled, sold, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Categories of Personal Data

  • Identity and contact data: name, phone number, email (only when voluntarily provided).
  • Service/customer data: service request, address, fault description, appointment date, payment amount (where invoicing is mandatory).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, timestamp, page views — measured in anonymised form via Google Analytics 4.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Personal data is processed for the following purposes, on the legal grounds of Turkish KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest, and — for EU/EEA residents — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f):

  • Receiving service requests, scheduling and delivering services
  • Customer communication, warranty and complaint handling
  • Compliance with tax, accounting and other legal obligations
  • Site security and prevention of abuse/fraud
  • Statistical analysis and quality improvement (in anonymised/aggregated form)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with the following limited categories of recipients:

  • Professional advisors (accountant, lawyer) under confidentiality obligations
  • Suppliers and field-service technicians strictly necessary for service delivery
  • Analytics provider Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4) — anonymised measurement data
  • Public authorities upon valid legal request

5. International Transfers

Google Analytics 4 and Google Maps may involve processing in the European Union and the United States. Transfers are carried out under KVKK Art. 9 (explicit consent or safe-country status) and, for GDPR-protected data subjects, under Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46) or an applicable Adequacy Decision (Art. 45) such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention Periods

  • Communication content (e-mail / phone): kept until the request is resolved + 1 year for potential legal claims.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 5 years (Turkish Tax Procedure Law No. 213, Art. 253).
  • Cookies: per the individual cookie expiry set out in the Cookie Policy table.
  • No other retention applies, because no other personal data category is stored.
  • After expiry, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 15–22 you have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your data
  • Have inaccurate data rectified
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. How to Exercise Your Rights

Send a written request to devrim@donedynamics.com or by post to the address above. Requests are answered within thirty (30) days as required by KVKK Art. 13 and within one (1) month as required by GDPR Art. 12(3).
