KVKK Information Notice (Türkiye)

This Information Notice has been prepared by Altek Klima Sistemleri in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Information Obligation of the Data Controller.

1A. Data Minimization
This website operates as a public information presence only. No CRM, marketing list, customer database, lead scoring, or behavioural profiling is maintained. The only personal data processed through the site is: (i) strictly necessary cookies (session, security, language preference); (ii) Google Analytics with anonymised IP and aggregated reporting only (no advertising features, no remarketing audiences, no cross-device tracking); (iii) contact channel content voluntarily submitted by e-mail or phone, kept only as required to respond to the request and as required by Turkish tax law where invoices are issued. No other personal data category is collected, stored, profiled, sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: phone, email, address
- Customer transaction: service request, appointment, payment amount, invoice details
- Processing security: IP, log records
- Marketing: cookie-based analytics data, only upon explicit consent
3. Purposes of Processing
- Execution of sales and after-sales support
- Communication activities
- Performance and follow-up of contractual obligations
- Compliance with applicable legislation
- Finance and accounting operations
- Provision of information to authorised public bodies upon request
- Handling of requests and complaints
4. Recipients and Purpose of Transfer
Personal data may be transferred — to a limited and proportionate extent — to business partners, suppliers, professional advisors (accountants, lawyers), competent public authorities, and to our cloud/analytics service providers (e.g. Google Ireland Limited), under KVKK Articles 8 and 9.
5. Methods of Collection and Legal Grounds
Personal data is collected through phone, WhatsApp, email, website visits, oral/written requests, and server/cookie logs by automated or partially automated means.
Pursuant to KVKK Article 5/2, processing relies on:
- (a) Explicit provision in laws
- (c) Direct relation to the conclusion or performance of a contract
- (ç) Compliance with a legal obligation
- (e) Establishment, exercise or protection of a right
- (f) Legitimate interests, provided fundamental rights are not harmed

- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information about the processing
- To learn the purpose and whether the data is used in line with the purpose
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request erasure or destruction under KVKK Article 7
- To request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties
- To object to outcomes resulting from automated processing
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
7. How to File an Application (Art. 13)
Applications must comply with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. You may apply (i) in person or via notary to Kestel Mahallesi, Üniversite Caddesi No: 86/3, Alanya / Antalya, Türkiye, (ii) through your own registered KEP address to our KEP address devrim.tuncer@hs01.kep.tr, or (iii) from your e-mail address registered in our records to devrim@donedynamics.com.
Applications are answered within thirty (30) days. There is no fee, but a tariff fee determined by the Board may apply if the operation requires additional cost.
8. Right to Complain
If your application is rejected, considered insufficient or not answered in time, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Article 14).
